Personalized Calendar View

Create collaborative matter centric schedules. Team members with active calendar dockets can view all of their calendar events in a single matter or view a combined “roll up” report across all matters to which the user is associated.

Schedule Management

Add calendar events with sufficient information to track the important details including location, event type, invited attendees and description. Your events can be configured by type (deposition, trial, meeting, due date, etc.) for easy filtering and organization. Simultaneously inform all stakeholders by entering the event into the calendar and specifying who should be included on the event and have access to it.

Event Types

Capture all relevant information about an event: subject, date/time, location and attendees.

• Matter/Case Event
  View and add calendar events based on a matter/case, such as ADR hearings, discovery due dates, motion deadlines, settlement conference, etc.
• Member Event
  View and add calendar events that are specific to a system user, such as staff meetings, department presentations, shareholder meetings, law firm quarterly reviews, etc.

Event Security

Share calendars at the matter and work area level. Selectively apply security parameters to keep events private or open so that you can collaborate on certain matters.
