CT TyMetrix 360° also provides the ability for users to store documents in invoices or in the document library. The structured document storage methodology eliminates the frustration of searching for documents in large repositories. Now your team can quickly use keyword or filter based searching and to find documents quickly and easily.
Folders The navigational workflow includes intuitive “Microsoft® Windows Explorer® style” navigation. Now your team can easily store and find critical documents using a folder structure that matches your storage conventions. The folders are configurable for every matter/case created in the application and there are no restrictions on the number or level of folders.
Security User controllable security protects your sensitive documents with a permissions-based folder structure. Choose between folder and document based security levels.
Metadata Finding your documents has never been easier. CT TyMetrix 360° metadata engine allow administrators to configure data elements to help to define and further classify documents in the system. Now your text-based and graphics-based files can be searched together.
Versioning The CT TyMetrix 360° document storage engine includes complete versioning toolset that allows you to quickly identify the history of every document. Now your team can collaborate without restrictions since the document log identifies the author of each version, when it was posted, and any related comments.
Check-in/Check-out This function provides the ability to lock documents so that while one user is editing a document others can be ‘locked’ out. This prevents two people from working on the active copy at same time to eliminate multiple versions.
Searching and Filtering The filtering engine structures your search by isolating key document items: descriptions, open text, document modification date(s), “Check out” individuals and other user-specified document fields.
Associations Documents can be linked to matters/claims, invoices, and people
