Task Management

CT TyMetrix 360° includes an advanced task management tool allowing you to create, assign and update tasks. Now you can manage tasks for matters, invoices, vendors, timekeepers, or client users from the same system. The CT TyMetrix task engine moves beyond a simple listing of projects by providing task associations. The associations create active reminders of what needs to be completed as well as the link to the actual work area. This will ensure that your team members can quickly navigate to priority tasks.

Workflow Features

Includes an open collaboration workflow including the ability to assign tasks to a group. Tasks can also be linked to the calendar so that team members can simultaneously see important dates and milestones.

Task Associations

Tasks are associated and dynamically linked to the underlying matter, invoice, vendor, or user. When a user selects “Perform Task” they are taken to the associated work.

Security

Set security options for each task, including private, team members and company members.

Filtering and Searching

Quickly organize tasks and evaluate which ones require immediate attention. Powerful filtering tools allow users to search and sort tasks by originator, subject, priority, status, start and end date.

Workflow Management

The task workflow engine allows for progress updates and notifications through task completion.
